Potions

Potion strength is determined by average strength of ingredients modified by Alchemy skill number and any bonus from a single ring, amulet, weapon or piece of armor.  Just retain whichever piece has the highest bonus factor.  Note that some potions don't depend on strength e.g. Harden Item, so don't waste high-powered reagents when weak ones will do.  Also note that most potions only work on one person.
