This elegant villa is located in Kissimmee, Florida, about 15 minutes from Walt Disney World and other major theme parks. It is in a private, gated area called Aster Cove in the community of Crescent Lakes. The house is on one level and has five bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a two-car garage and a private screened swimming pool. There is a security system and a built-in electronic safe. Overlooking an ornamental lake stocked with bass, the development abuts a wildlife preserve and is frequented by herons and sandhill cranes.

The spacious living room has three sofas, one of which is a sleeper, as well as a 27" television, VCR, DVD player and stereo with CD changer. There is also a television in each of the bedrooms. A Sony PlaystationŽ 2 is supplied, along with two controllers and a couple of games. You can, of course, bring your own games, or rent them locally (bring your memory card if you want to save games).

Two of the bedrooms are master suites, making it an ideal arrangement for two families sharing, or an extended family with grandparents. The main master bathroom has a 2-person JacuzziŽ tub, separate shower and his-and-hers vanities. There is also a large walk-in closet.

	The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, with microwave and dishwasher. China and silverware are provided. For the ease and comfort of your stay, we also supply all bed linens, towels, and a washer and dryer. There is also a gas barbecue grill outside.

The games room will entertain the kids (and adults) for hours, with foosball (table soccer), billiards/pool, air hockey, ping-pong and "Bank Shot" electronic basketball. All in air-conditioned comfort!

Accommodation for 10 is provided, with one king size bed, two queens, and four singles. A baby crib and high chair are also available at no charge.
