We are licensed for a maximum of 10 persons in each villa. Parties exceeding this number will be refused entry, or asked to leave without refund.*Smoking is STRICTLY PROHIBITED in this house. As we advertise the villas as non-smoking, people (like our own family) who have respiratory problems expect the house not to smell of smoke. If you smoke in the house, you can expect to be charged for duct cleaning, carpet steam-cleaning and dry-cleaning of bedding, for a cost of around $500.
POOL HEAT: Pool and spa temperature are preset to 83°F when pool heat is requested. Any attempt to change the equipment settings or tampering with equipment will result in immediate disconnection of heating equipment without refund. If pool heat was not paid for, a charge of $200 per week will be made to guest's credit card.
