Dahlia Reserve Interior



This elegant villa is located in Kissimmee, Florida, about 15 minutes from Walt Disney World and other major theme parks. It is located in the Dahlia Reserve neighborhood in the community of Crescent Lakes. The house is on one level and has five bedrooms, three bathrooms, a two-car garage and a private screened swimming pool with a built-in spa. The villa overlooks a wildlife preserve to the rear and is frequented by wild turkeys, sandhill cranes and many other local fauna. The living room has three sofas, one of which is a sleeper, as well as a 27" stereo television, VCR, DVD player and stereo with MP3 CD player and portable stereo input. There is also a television in each of the bedrooms. A Playstation® 2 is also provided, with two controllers and a couple of games. You can also, of course, bring your own games or rent them locally (bring your memory card if you want to save games).

The second living area contains a full-size (8') pool table with balls and cues provided.

Two of the bedrooms are master suites, making it an ideal arrangement for two families sharing, or an extended family with grandparents. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and walk-in closet. The master bathroom contains a genuine Jacuzzi® bath, with adjustable jets, as well as a full-sized, separate shower.


The second master contains a queen size bed as does the third bedroom. The fourth and fifth bedrooms each contain two twin beds


The kitchen is fully equipped, with glass-topped range, conventional oven, microwave, oversize side-by-side fridge-freezer and dishwasher. China and silverware are provided. For the ease and comfort of your stay, we also supply all bed linens, towels, and a washer and dryer. As well as the spectacular theme parks, there are a lot of interesting things to do locally, like horse riding, parasailing, airboat rides and a petting farm, as well as (of course!) golf, tennis and fishing.
